What is your return policy?
See our full refund policy. We allow returns of all items within 30 days of your order date. Just send us an email with your order number and we will send you a return label.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 5 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 14 days.
What cities do you ship to? Where are your packages shipped from?
Key to Beauty is currently based in Los Angeles and wishes to supply our beauty to Los Angeles county.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Key to Beauty does not ship internationally, but will plan to in the future.
Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?
Yes! If you have not yet received tracking information, your order is still being processed. Send an email with your order number and the changes you need or simply give us a call with your order number ready.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes only if your order has not yet been packaged, send us an email with your order number and a brief description of your cancelation request. If your order has already been packaged and labeled, please wait until you receive your items and start a return.
BEAUTY BAR QUESTIONS
Why is there a $30 deposit?
A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve a Beauty Bar appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the end cost. IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED UPON SCHEDULING OR WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING, IT WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.
What is your beauty service cancelation policy?
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hrs, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
How should I arrive at my appointment?
Please arrive with a freshly cleaned face and no makeup. If you are adding lash extensions, any eye makeup can cause difficulty with the gluing process. Eyebrow lamination includes tinting, no additional tints will make it easier to choose the right eyebrow tint.
What is the parking like?
There is street parking available, please keep in mind that commuters come and go. Arrive 10-15 mins before your appointment to look for street parking.
What is a “fill”?
A lash fill involves applying eyelash extensions on new hair growth (new lashes). It involves removing any long or overgrown eyelash extensions followed by replacing and applying new extensions.
When do I need a fill?
An eyelash extension fill is recommended between 2-3 weeks. In order to be considered a fill, 40-50% of eyelash extensions (click on link to see what a fill looks like) must still be intact. Anything over 21 days is not considered a fill, this would then be a full set. If you are within 21 days & you can count how many lashes you still have left, it is considered a full set.

NO REFUNDS
You need to start a return (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just doesn’t suit you), simply send it back to us within 30 days of delivery. Once we get your returned order, a store credit code will be emailed to you. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become final sale, unless a mistake is made on our part.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
